Ooredoo announced it has reached a milestone with its Live Chat feature on the Ooredoo app, serving its 100,000th customer to date. The telco leader confirmed its statistics show 100,000 customers have already been served via the Live Chat option, with an impressive satisfaction rate of 85% being maintained.
The Live Chat service has been updated to include upgrades to service options; customers can now receive an email transcript of their Live Chat conversation, they can rate the performance of the agent dealing with their chat, and can also leave their details to be contacted later if the Live Chat isn’t available when they’re online. The Live Chat icon has also been relocated to the home screen of the Ooredoo app, so it’s more easily accessible, and as it’s now floating, customers can move it to wherever on their screen they choose.
Speaking about the milestone and relaunch, Manar Khalifa Al-Muraikhi – Director PR and Corporate Communications at Ooredoo– said: “We’re delighted to have reached 100,000 customers with our Live Chat service, and even more pleased we’ve maintained an 85% satisfaction rate for them. Live Chat is available every day from 7am until midnight, Qatar time.
