Ooredoo hosts IoT Conference and Exhibition to showcase Qatar’s digital business future

Ooredoo, the region’s leading enabler of digital business innovation, saw strong turnout at its mega event showcasing Qatar’s Internet of Things (IoT) present and future, with hundreds of C-suite executives experiencing how the IoT can accelerate digital transformation.

Attendees from the public, private, and academic sectors experienced how Ooredoo’s end-to-end IoT solutions and services can transform industry verticals – such as agriculture, manufacturing, construction, government, healthcare, tourism and hospitality, Smart Cities, and transportation. For example, the IoT can enable real-time and predictive services in Smart Cities, managing mega-events, autonomous vehicles that can reduce traffic congestion, smart ports that can enhance throughput, virtual check-in for hotels, robotic surgery, and connected farms.

Partners exhibiting at the event included Ericsson, ALTRAN, EnrichAI, and Software AG.
