Ooredoo has seen a sharp rise in the number of companies deploying the Ooredoo Passport for their employees in 2016, after the launch of new roaming options for businesses and driven by the higher number of traveling executives from Qatar.
The Ooredoo Passport, which provides 100 roaming minutes for receiving and making calls, 1GB of roaming mobile data, and an extra 1GB of roaming data in GCC, gives businesses an affordable and measurable way of enabling travelling employees to stay in contact when overseas.
To offer extra convenience, the Ooredoo Passport can be subscribed to at any time via SMS, the Ooredoo App, or through your Account Manager. Companies can also order multiple quantities of Ooredoo Passport Cards which can be distributed across their workforce. As multiple cards can be activated at the same time, Ooredoo Passport Cards offer businesses a way to provide employees with more roaming allowance as and when they need it. To ensure affordable roaming options for those travelling for longer periods, Ooredoo has introduced the Ooredoo Monthly Passport.
The Monthly Passport offers more data and minutes, and is perfect for employees travelling outside of Qatar for more than seven days, or for business customers on Shahry who want a bigger communications allowance when abroad. With the Monthly Passport, users enjoy 300 roaming minutes and 4GB of roaming mobile data, and an extra 4GB of roaming data in GCC, all for just QR 350. The Ooredoo Passport is available in more than 70 countries and customers can use their roaming allowance within Ooredoo’s Passport network of more than 170 roaming partners.
