Ooredoo has today announced that, in response to popular demand, the company has added a new option to its Hala Business Packs. Based on customer feedback, which asked for more flexibility for people using the service, customers using Hala Business Packs will now be able to use their allowance for SMS as well as local call minutes.
Whereas previously the allowance only applied to local call minutes, with this new update, customers can choose to spend their credit on call minutes or SMS, or a mix of both. Talking about the update, Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari, Director, Community and Public Relations, Ooredoo Qatar, said: “We listen to customer feedback, and business users wanted more flexibility and choice with their bundles. We continue to evolve and develop our portfolio to provide more choice for customers, and enable them to pursue their business objectives.”
Hala Business Packs launched in 2014 and have since become one of the most popular options for businesses looking to supply affordable and effective communications for their employees. Designed with a host of business-friendly features, Hala Business Packs are priced from QR 35 to QR 150 per month, and offer customers the facility to top-up their own accounts, as well as add-on services such as Mobile Internet Packs, the Ooredoo Passport and International Saver Keys. The prepaid packs are valid for 30 days, and renew automatically every month. Business customers can register their employees through their corporate accounts with Ooredoo, and will be billed for the monthly rental fees on their monthly business bill.
