INJAZ Qatar, a non-profit organization and member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, has hosted an annual appreciation Suhoor event for sponsors, volunteers and corporate partners at Katara Hall in presence from Board Members, staff, partners and other stakeholders.
During the ceremony, INJAZ Qatar’s volunteers, corporate partners and sponsors were recognized for their contribution for the year 2015-2016, inspiring and preparing young people to become Qatar’s future business leaders. This year’s appreciation event was also held to honor and launch the “INJAZ Ambassadors” program; loyal volunteers were awarded with gifts presented and sponsored by "Ooredoo", "Nasser Bin Khaled Holding" (NBK) and "Blue Saloon."
Sheikha Hanadi Bint Nasser Al Thani, INJAZ Qatar Chairperson commented on the occasion: “Another year of success is yet another milestone we celebrate today and every year with our passionate friends and stakeholders. We are so grateful to see our students benefit and learn every day from the programs offered to them. Our INJAZ Ambassador program will give loyal volunteers the inspiration needed for them to keep giving back to the community and feel that they’re part of a greater responsibility. Endless opportunities are available out there and with the ongoing help of our volunteers, corporate partners and sponsors we are building a generation working towards achieving Qatar’s National Vision 2030 and beyond”.
Since its inception in 2007, Injaz Qatar has inspired and prepared young people to succeed in a global economy. Injaz Qatar has delivered its programs to more than 23,000students across 66 schools, 5 youth centers and 7 universities and it has promised to continue this work as long as there is potential in the market. 85 corporate partners and over 1,200 corporate volunteers contribute to the high quality, personal development programs Injaz Qatar is known for.
