Ooredoo has today announced a multi-channel deal with the world's largest producer of Arabic music and films, Rotana Media Group.
The agreement will see Ooredootv include eight new Rotana HD channels as part of its basic package, giving viewers a boost of Arabic content including television series, lifestyle programming, movie channels, music videos, and more. As well as the eight new channels, Ooredoo will also have exclusive rights for three new Rotana channels in Qatar, providing its customers unprecedented access to a huge library of Arabic Movies in high definition.
New channels include Rotana Cinema HD, RotanaKhalijiyah HD, RotanaAflam HD, Rotana Classic HD, RotanaMasriya HD, Rotana Music HD, LBC Sat HD, M+ HD, RotanaAflam + HD, Rotana+ HD and Al Resalah HD. The agreement, which will further strengthen Ooredoo’s partnership with Rotana Media Group, one of the biggest producers of Arabic Blockbusters in the Middle East, aims to ensure that Ooredootv customers have access to the latest Arabic content.
Mozaic TV and Ooredoo Broadband customers can access the channels for free by simply using Ooredootv’s“Collect & Go” service, meaning they can visit any Ooredoo Shop and collect the new Ooredootv box to take home today. Installation is simple and can be done instantly by customers in their own homes. Ooredootv is available now via Ooredoo Shops, Starlink, TechnoBlue and Jumbo outlets. The service has no upfront charges, no equipment costs and no ongoing contracts.
